Can you import my products from Zepto or another app?
There’s no automatic import. Each app stores its setup differently. You rebuild each product in the Loomix editor, starting from a template.
Will my old orders be affected?
No. Past orders keep the options and prices they were placed with. Switching only changes new orders.
Is Zepto Unlimited also uncapped?
Yes. Zepto’s $49.99 Unlimited plan has no product or custom order caps and no listed sale fee. At that tier the price is close to Loomix Premium. Compare the features you need.
Can I run both apps while I switch?
Yes. Each app uses its own app block, so you can keep the old one on live products while you build and test with Loomix.
