Which plan do I need?
Basic
Options change how the product looks, not its price. Example: a tote in 6 colors with 3 strap styles, one price.
Premium
Options change the price, some only work together, or you need details from the shopper. Example: a sign priced by size and material.
Pro
Typed text should render on the product, or you show many angles. Example: a pendant with an engraved name in a chosen font.

Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Loomix is billed by Shopify. The charge shows on your regular Shopify invoice, in USD. Monthly plans bill every 30 days. Yearly plans bill once a year and cost 20% less than 12 monthly payments.
How does the free trial work?
Your first paid subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged if you cancel before it ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Pricing page inside the app. Shopify asks you to approve the new plan.
Is there a fee per order or a limit on custom orders?
No. Every plan is a flat price. We don’t charge per order, per item or as a percentage of your sales, and there’s no monthly cap on custom orders.
What’s the difference between Classic and Journey?
They are the two storefront templates. Classic shows every option group in an accordion next to the preview. Journey walks shoppers through one step at a time. Open the live demos to try both.
What happens to my products if I uninstall?
Your Shopify products, orders and images are never touched. Loomix configs live in your own product metafields. After you uninstall, Shopify asks us to delete the store data we hold on our servers, and we do.
