"og:title": "Privacy Policy · Loomix" --- > Index of every page on this site: [llms.txt](https://getloomix.com/llms.txt) # Privacy Policy Last updated October 16, 2026 This policy explains how Evolve Hub LLC (“Loomix”, “we”, “us”) handles information when a merchant installs the Loomix Product Configurator Shopify app (the “App”), when shoppers use a Loomix product page, and when anyone visits getloomix.com (the “Site”). ## Information from merchants When you install the App, Shopify shares your store’s details with us, such as the shop domain, store name, contact email and plan. We also store your subscription status and the list of products you set up in Loomix. With the permissions you approve at install, the App reads and writes your products, product metafields, files, metaobjects, publications and cart transforms. Your product configurations are saved in your own Shopify product metafields, not on our servers. ## Optional analytics in the merchant App With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity in the merchant-facing App to understand onboarding and editor usability. Clarity collects interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and navigation, device and browser information, performance and error information, page addresses and session identifiers. It uses this information to provide heatmaps and session recordings and may set cookies to connect visits. Clarity does not load in the App until you select “Allow analytics”. You can decline and still use all App features, or change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the App. We store your choice in your browser for up to one year. Withdrawing permission stops future recording in that browser; it does not automatically delete data already collected. Contact us about deletion requests. We mask the App’s main interface content before it is sent to Clarity and do not send merchant names or email addresses as custom analytics identifiers. Masking is intended to protect product text, images and form content. This integration is limited to the merchant App; we do not install this Clarity recorder on shoppers’ storefront configurators or checkout pages. Microsoft collects or receives personal data through Clarity and may use it to operate and improve its services, including Microsoft Advertising. Microsoft acts as an independent controller of that data. We send an advertising-storage denial signal from the App. For Microsoft’s data practices and available privacy choices, see the [Microsoft Privacy Statement](https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement). ## Information from shoppers The App does not request access to your customers or orders. When a shopper customizes a product, their choices and any text they type are added to the cart line as line item properties and stay in your Shopify store with the order. We don’t receive or store shopper names, addresses or payment details. ## Information from Site visitors - **Contact form.** When you write to us, we receive your name, email, store URL and message. We use an email provider to deliver it. - **Analytics.** If enabled, we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful. They may set cookies. - **Hosting logs.** Our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security. ## How we use information - To run the App, apply your plan and support your store. - To reply to messages and send emails you asked for. - To keep the App and Site secure and working. - With your permission, to understand merchant App usage and improve onboarding and usability. - To comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your store records or shopper order data. Optional analytics involves sharing usage information with Microsoft as described above. You can decline App analytics to prevent that collection through our App integration. ## Sharing We share information with providers that help us run the App and Site, including hosting, database and email providers, as needed for those services, or when the law requires it. If you allow App analytics, usage information is also shared with Microsoft under its own privacy statement, as described above. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. ## Retention and deletion When you uninstall the App, we revoke our access token right away. About 48 hours later Shopify sends us a request to erase your store’s data, and we delete the store data we hold on our servers. Your Shopify products, orders and files are never deleted by us. Loomix configurations remain in your product metafields until you remove them. Email us if you want help removing them before you uninstall. We respond to Shopify’s customer data and redaction requests as Shopify requires. Clarity analytics data follows Microsoft’s retention schedule separately from the store records we maintain. Microsoft currently retains ordinary session playback for 30 days and heatmap and click data for 9 months; labeled or favorited sessions may also be retained for 9 months. Uninstalling the App does not automatically erase previously collected Clarity data. ## Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Email us and we’ll respond within the time applicable law requires. ## Children The App and Site are intended for adult business users aged 18 or older and are not directed to children. ## Changes We may update this policy.
